    is this thing any good cause i wanna buy one

  • By GiffordSL, January 15, 2009 @ 12:37 am

    I bought one. I wouldn’t clean the flame off a candle. Total piece of junk in my opinion. I watched the 30 minute infommercial, and it was cleaning grout, hard water stains, etc. I tried it on a number of things in my home with absolutely no results. Very frustrating.

    look it up on the internet. Pretty much every informerical product rating website I checked gave this a horrible rating (about 5 bad ratings to 1 good per avg) I was really interested too :(

    it’s obvious that this is a rip off, first of all they try to make it seem like they are going to pay one payment for you, but if you had a working brain, you’d know that it is bullshit, this product isn’t even worth $15

    Don’t waste your money! The first one they sent me didn’t work…they sent a new one with all the apologies they could muster! Told me my original warranty was good with the second one. After 6 months, the second one is tripping breakers, burning out breakers and now shooting sparks. Their customer service dept., which now seems to be outsourced to India, tells me it will cost me to have the damned thing repaired. Any suggestions as to where else I can blog to stop this travesty?

  • By debbietrimble05, December 15, 2009 @ 3:03 pm

    What a piece of junk. My steamer just burned itself up! The second one to do so in 6 months. The company says, that even though I am still under warranty, I have to pay shipping and handling ($14.95} and buy a new warranty {12.00}. What other company would treat you so poorly? Every time I call customer service I get the same guy, using a different name. One time he’s Sean Woods, the next time he’s Matt Woods, then he’s Ben somebody. CS is outsourced, I believe to India. Bunch of thieves

    NEVER buy this junk! Buy Dave Oreck’s steamer. They stand behind their products, unlike Euroflex. This was the first time I purchased anything from an infomercial, and the last. GARBAGE, sold by LIARS and THIEVES. You work too hard for your money to throw it out the window on a PIECE of JUNK like this.

    @debbietrimble05

    I totally agree. I only used mine twice. Put it in the garage until I needed it again. I took it out the other day, put water in it and let it heat up. Nothing comes out of the nozzle. What a piece of shit!
