I want to clean my house, especially carpet, by using heavy duty dry vapor steam cleaner (temp atleast 300 deg F, and pressure 100 psi). I was looking to rent such a steam cleaning equipment and i tried looking up at the nearby homedepot, krogers, walmart, etc but no success. I am clueless as where to go looking for it now. If I go for buying one, its very expensive. Any suggestions ?

Okay its been about 2 years now since my husband and I have adopted 2 dogs from our local animal shelter…… We love them dearly! We were told they were house trained when we adopted them but noticed they had quite a few accidents after we brought them home but we thought hmmm well it because its a new house….Well no matter what we did they continued I am a stay at home mom so I let the dogs out all the time every hour…..our trainer said every 3-4 hours and after meals and after naps and such but I do it every hour because no matter how often they still go in the house! I do not understand this we reward them if they use the bathroom in the correct area…..if we catch them using it in the house I pick them up and rush them outside……We don’t crate them I am not sure if they were crate abused but one goes crazy if confined in a crate so we don’t do that….if we are going to leave for the day we do put them in our master bath which is pretty big but has tile floors so that we can clean up accidents easily…..We just got a new house and the living room has carpet and I am having to steam clean the carpet once a week…..I can not think of anything else I have taken vet advice and trainer advice! anyone know any other solutions? I use the correct cleaners and I have used to home remedies to clean the urine……I don’t think its so much as marking because I have noticed one of them goes and hides when he does it……The other I noticed he will do it out in the open so I think his is just because he actually has to go……I am thinking the problem is they are too busy exploring while outside to use the bathroom……I know they won’t go while on a leash being walked what so ever we tried that you could walk them 50 miles they will pee everywhere just not poo…..I was thinking maybe putting them on a tie out for like 30 mins every couple of hours because husband has not got around to fencing in our yard yet…..but I am afraid a stray dog will come in the yard……we live out in the country on 5 acres I don’t have any close neighbors but I would hate for something like that to happen……ughhh any advice or help is needed we really do love them and need to live in harmony I am tired of scrubbing up dog pee!
1 yorkie and 1 poodle both male both 4 years old boy fixed sorry should probably add those details….normally they use the bathroom when I take them out……but sometimes they can just go pee and they will go back to the door and a few mins later one of them has pooped on the floor or the other way around! and im like ughh can’t win for losing but any little thing is a victory! They were both raised by a elderly lady that we know of and her husband and I know the yorkie didn’t like men at all he sleeps on my pillow and if my hubby trys to get in the bed he will give him a warning that its his pillow not my hubbys lol but the elderly lady passed and the next day her husband dropped them off at the shelter so not only did they lose their mommy the next day they were at a animal shelter and a week later at our house but its been 2 years and we love them to death just need to solve the bathroom issues!

My 2 year old male Sherpei will not stop urinating in my boys rooms. I don’t know when he is doing it. I’ve tried keeping an eye on him and can’t catch him doing it. So I’m thinking it is at night that he is doing it b/c during the day he goes outside. The back half of my house continually smells like dog urine. I have tried steaming cleaning soooo many times, I’ve tried vinegar and store pet smell cleaners. At this point I’m probably going to have to replace the carpet which is an expense I can’t afford. I can’t leave him outside all day. My boys don’t always remember to shut their doors and they won’t sleep with them shut. What other option do I have to correct this? B/c I’m fed up and out of ideas.
Just had the Heat Exchanger Cleaned out on the Machine, man what a difference to the water temp that made, using a 2 jet wand 11003 jets and it was 25ºC outside and in and the steam was still very visible truck was set to 80C but it was hotter than that round 95 ish, so much better to use and the dry times are so fast touch dry within an hour ! Vacuum reaching 19 hg but its Not as good through the small 1.5″ tube compared to the Prochem Quad Jet wand which is hands down a far better wand, all in all I am Impressed – Andrew

Well I Know that my landlord has had some problems before paying people there security deposite well only one person because they came to the house asking for him and we got talking. Any way there’s someone differen’t taking care of the house and security deposite but they sound like there charging a lot of things. First off they chraged me 65 dollars each additional day I was there which is what rick the owner told them to do. Now I stayed for two additional days past what I was supposed to. how ever I was there for a third day but I was out by like 7 in the morning can they charge me for that day and if they do should I say something? Now they wanted to steam clean the carpets I wanted to just do it myself with a rug doctor but the guy rick who owns the house didn’t want me to because water can get stuck under the carpet or something so I said fine figureing that would really be the only expense they would be charging me for. the cleaners were supposed to come the day I got out
but they called and told them not to come for what ever reason. but they are charging me for that I used to have a dog and rick the owner mentioned hireing someone to come in to get rid of any fleas or bugs or something like that how ever I haven’t had a dog for atleast 6 months and my dog didn’t have fleas or anything. Plus I know the people moving in after me and they have two dogs so one way or the other there’s going to be a dog living there. Now it sounds like they are doing repairs that I’m not sure what’s the problem. One wall in the master bedroom had a stain from my sheets on it I always use red sheets and they kind of left a mark on the wall. which probably could of just been washed off but they may have charged me for painting it and can they charge me for the whole room or just that wall? then on another wall there was two spot were the wall was scrapped a little like maybe 2 inches one spot and 2 inches another spot
then in the 2nd bathroom there was a stain on this cheap little counter not sure how it got there noticed it when I was moving everything out but can they charge me to replace the hole counter. one of the shades wouldn’t go up and down because I couldn’t find a place for it to go so I just had it hanging there but it had been like that since the first time I pulled the curtain down. it just wasn’t a problem with me. what can they legally charge me for I’m supposed to get my deposite back today but I don’t know what they are charging me for and I want to know what they can charge me for. Like there were termites in the house I blieve they were there when I moved in but don’t know for sure but is that my problem? any help? I live in california if that matters? sorry for so much any help
my deposite was for 1850 and they are making it sound like I might get 500 of it back
